We understand that in order to manufacture our customer's products, we must have access to designs and other product details.

We take the responsibility of safeguarding this intellectual property extremely seriously.

In addition to creating a corporate culture that instills this same sense of responsibility in our employees, Crosspoint International has three additional safeguards.

Nondisclosure Agreement

We have a standard NDA available for our customers that do not have access to a lawyer. Please free to request it from one of our representatives.

Intellectual Property Protection Procedures

These procedures include requiring all employees and subcontractors to sign a nondisclosure agreement.

In addition project information is kept only on secure servers and only authorized employees are allowed access.

Finally, Crosspoint International has procedures in place to delete customer information from our system upon customer request.

We Have No Products

Last but perhaps most important, Crosspoint International only manufactures products for its customers. It does not have any of its own product offerings.

The owners made this strategic decision as a show of customer commitment.

This method of doing business completely removes any possibility for Crosspoint International to use your ideas or technology for our own products.

For example, let's say that you had a new design for a tool and you asked a Chinese tool company to make it for you. They already make and sell tools. It would be very tempting for this company to steal your design and sell your tool through its existing sales channels.

This will never be a concern when working with Crosspoint International.
