Why Choose Us? - Quality One of the biggest risks of producing product in a low-cost manufacturing center like China is quality. Crosspoint International was founded to protect our customers from this risk. There are three fundamental differences between us and other Chinese-based manufacturers. US Owned and Managed Crosspoint International is a global corporation owned and managed by US citizens. Our US managers are assigned to key management roles within our company and are charged with promoting a level of quality that meets or exceeds that of a US manufacturer. First-Class QC Department Our quality procedures and training program were designed by representatives from two Fortune 500 multinational corporations. We had the benefit of working with these companies on a project early in our company's history.These customers required that we had a quality department that met their strict standards and worked with us to implement it. We have kept and built upon these lessons over the years. Today, our Quality Department is the best it has ever been. Quality Inspection Lab It is impossible to provide a quality product without proper measurement tools. Crosspoint International has a complete Quality Lab with all the necessary tools to measure the dimensions and attributes of the products we create. In addition, we work closely with certified material testing labs that are able to certify complete material composition if required. |
